Welcome to InteriorBoost - AI Interior Design. By downloading, installing, or using our mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using InteriorBoost, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our app.

2. Description of Service

InteriorBoost is an AI-powered mobile application that allows users to:

• Transform room photos using AI-powered interior design technology
• Choose from 15 distinct interior design styles
• Preserve room layout and spatial structure during transformations
• Compare before and after design results
• Save and share generated interior designs

3. User Accounts and Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use InteriorBoost independently
• Children under 13 may use the app under parental supervision
• Parents or guardians are responsible for monitoring their children's use of the app
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use InteriorBoost only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Generate content that is offensive, harmful, or violates any laws
• Upload photos that infringe on others' privacy or intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract the AI models
• Use the app to generate content for commercial resale without proper licensing
• Abuse or overload our services through automated means

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 App Content

The InteriorBoost app, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 Generated Content

Interior designs you generate using InteriorBoost:

• Are created for your personal, non-commercial use
• May be saved and shared for personal enjoyment and inspiration
• Should not be sold or used for commercial purposes without proper licensing
• May be subject to AI model provider terms and conditions

6. Subscriptions and Payments

• InteriorBoost may offer free and premium features through subscriptions
• Subscription fees are billed through your Apple App Store account
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Refunds are subject to Apple App Store policies
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with advance notice

7. Limitations and Disclaimers

InteriorBoost is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• That all generated designs will meet your expectations
• The availability of specific features at all times
• The quality or accuracy of AI-generated interior designs

8. Content Moderation

We use AI and other technologies to ensure appropriate content generation. However, we cannot guarantee that all outputs will be suitable for every context. Users are responsible for using the app appropriately.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data or content
• Any harm resulting from misuse of generated designs
• Issues arising from third-party services we integrate with

10. Privacy

Your use of InteriorBoost is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate your access to InteriorBoost at any time
• Remove content that violates these terms
• Discontinue the app or specific features with reasonable notice

You may stop using InteriorBoost at any time by uninstalling the app.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. We will notify users of significant changes through the app. Continued use of InteriorBoost after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
